As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant/bookkeeper to join our team.

Job Overview:

As an AR/AP specialist at MSO.ai, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projections as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and analysis as required.
• Assist with audits and tax preparation as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in accounting/expensing software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Concur or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred but not required.

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per month
